Hotel Amigo is set among the cobbled streets of Brussels, just around the corner from the picturesque Grand Place, one of the most beautiful squares in the world. A former prison, it became a hotel in 1957, just in time to host royals, celebrities and VIPs for the Brussels World's Fair. Although much has changed since then, we remain true to our name - our team is friendly, warm and waiting to greet you.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Guest Relations trainee in luxury hospitality starting September. You will assist a passionate and experienced team in ensuring every guest has a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Assist in preparing VIP arrivals, welcome amenities and special arrangements
• Helps handling guest inquiries, requests and guest feedback while applying service standards at all times.
•  Takes notes and is attentive upon the client’s request and ensures their execution.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated trainee who brings:

• Advanced verbal and written proficiency in French and English
• Available starting September 2025 for an internship of minimum 4 months
  
• Excellent grooming standards
