Hotel Amigo is set among the cobbled streets of Brussels, just around the corner from the picturesque Grand Place, one of the most beautiful squares in the world. A former prison, it became a hotel in 1957, just in time to host royals, celebrities and VIPs for the Brussels World's Fair. Although much has changed since then, we remain true to our name - our team is friendly, warm and waiting to greet you. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our passionate Sales & Marketing team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assists in developing the marketing plan and ensures its implementation

• Plans and organizes various promotional activities

• Creates content and communication for campaigns and all our platforms

• Work with internal and external resources to define a clear positioning for each outlet that resonates under the overall hotel positioning

• Ensures the production of advertising materials and printed items (price lists, brochures, flyers, posters, photo sessions, etc.)

• Announces activities in the media; monitors publications; keeps the press file up to date

• Maintains contact with sponsors

• Conducts market research and telemarketing

• Collects data on target groups and maintains related documentation

• Receives representatives, discusses offers, discounts, new products, pricing agreements; reports to the manager on these matters

• Participates in organizing trade fairs and handles invitations

• Organizes guided tours

• Provides information and documentation for customers

• Manages customer contacts; handles feedback and complaints; reports to the manager

• Informs customers about package options and pricing

• Process data

• Keeps documentation up to date

Who we are looking for

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests. We are looking for team members who bring:

• Outstanding communication skills: strong writing skills, creative for compelling stories that position the hotel globally

• Excellent written and spoken proficiency of French and English

• A relevant degree in this field is also of benefit and a minimum of two years experience. Experience in a luxury brand/hotel is desirable.
