Hotel Amigo is set among the cobbled streets of Brussels, just around the corner from the picturesque Grand Place, one of the most beautiful squares in the world. A former prison, it became a hotel in 1957, just in time to host royals, celebrities and VIPs for the Brussels World's Fair. Are you passionate about hospitality and creating a vibrant bar atmosphere? Hotel Amigo is looking for a hands on Assistant Bar Manager. You will support the Bar Manager in the smooth day-to day operations of the bar, supervising the team and delivering an unforgettable experience for guests ensuring the impeccable compliance of the service standards.

Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Supervises the bar team and gives instructions to ensure that five-star service standards are maintained at all times

• Supervises the setup of the bar, tables, service equipment, necessary accessories

• Participates in service activities

• Assists in onboarding and training of staff

• Monitors orderliness and cleanliness in the bar, as well as staff presentation

• Resolves customer issues and inquiries

• Checks stock and conducts inventory
